Friction Sliders

Scientists make predictions. We predicted which objects have the most or least amount of friction. The blocks were covered in felt, sand paper, construction paper, buttons, and rubber bands. Then, we lifted our boards to watch them slide! The final step was to measure the distance.

Mock Election

The students worked hard as volunteers in our mock election.  They had many jobs to do to see that our election ran smoothly.  We will have to wait and see who wins the real election.
